How AI based Incident Remediation can help in achieving DORA compliance

Although in the DORA regulation there is a big focus on cyber resiliency of course general resiliency is also an important aspect. In our view IT Automation will play an ever bigger role in keeping systems resilient. More and more also Artificial Intelligence can play a role in optimising this process.

Key in the resiliency is to reduce the number of incidents and also lower the impact of incidents Observability will play a big role in this and the IBM Instana Observability solution can help in assuring this resiliency. Lowering the Impact of Incidents

For example when a Kubernetes service requires more resources Instana could increase the numbers of replicas in a replica set.

In combination with the IBM Watson Code Assistant for Ansible you could even also use AI to create the automation scripts.
