Memory limit as shown in db2pd is just a calculated value, it's not enforced in this case since there are no restrictions at the license level and INSTANCE_MEMORY is set to automatic. It just calculates to about 95% of physical RAM here. DATABASE_MEMORY total was then allowed to be set to a higher value, ...
