DB2 Include Files are provided under what license for including those in applications?

    Hi,

    "The include files that are intended to be used in your C, C++, COBOL and FORTRAN applications to call Db2 APIs…"

    I can not find any documentation under what license these files are provided. 
    Can someone please help?
