I don't believe that is the issue. It doesn't appear that the data server connection is able to recognize the schema and the tables within the schema from databricks. Databricks has catalogs which contain schemas and those schemas contain the tables. We're able to see the catalogs, but not the schemas and subsequently we're unable to see the list of tables to pull in. I've attached some screenshot of what we are seeing. The error states that the schema is either empty or not accessible using the current signon. We've confirmed that the credentials are good.

Hello Bryan,
It seems that the table you're trying to load has more than 1000 rows. By default, Cognos limits the number of rows to 1000. However, you can adjust this limit in the load options.
Please see the attached photo for reference.
Thank you,
Abbas

Subject: Databricks Connection
We're having an issue with a databricks connection in cognos 11.2.4. The connection tests successfully, but loading metadata in assets fails. It's not able to recognize the schema and tables in databricks. We were able to create a report with pass-through sql using the same connection and the report returned data so we know the jdbc connection string and credentials are valid. In order to create a data module we need to be able to pull in the metadata. We've tried with multiple databricks drivers and all are unable to pull in the metadata. Has anyone successfully pulled in assets using a databricks connection?
