Unable to run ISVD instance service under custom service account

    Dear community,

    I'm trying to install ISVD as a prerequisite for IVIG, but after the installation, I'm unable to start the instance service. The only account under which I can successfully start the service is Administrator. As soon as I try to run the service under any other account, it stops a few seconds after starting. Do you have any idea what the issue might be? I've checked the permissions for the ISVD folders, the instance, and DB2, and the accounts I'm using have write permissions everywhere.
