I'm working on a project to build an internal chatbot for our employees, available directly inside Microsoft Teams. The bot should help users with ERP-related tasks - like checking purchase orders, requesting time off, or getting cost center info.

We're planning to use Watsonx Assistant for the conversational part, and connect it to our ERP system. The idea is to make it easy for users to get answers or do simple actions without switching tools.

I'd love to hear if anyone here has experience with such a project.
