Jessica Rockwood is the Vice President of Hybrid Cloud Management & AIOps development in IBM’s Cloud and Cognitive Software business. In her role, Jessica is responsible for building the strategic roadmap for AI for IT, delivering new offerings such as the newly announced Watson AIOps and enhancing existing offerings, to help clients optimize and transform their IT operations.

Prior to this role, Jessica was Director of IBM Db2, leading a worldwide team of more than 350 people responsible for development and support of the product. During her tenure with Db2, the team embraced agile methodology and transformed to a continuous delivery model to allow frequent updates of features to clients while maintaining a high level of quality.

IBM Db2 launched as the AI database at Think 2019 with new features to enable clients to bring AI applications closer to the data that matters most. Additionally, the team leveraged AI to optimize development processes and improve the continuous delivery cycle.

Her passion for IBM is infectious, which is exactly why she has engaged as executive sponsor for the IBM Canada Employee Experience Program - a series of activities that helps to educate, enhance and provide a positive on-boarding experience to new hires. Jessica also volunteers her time for various Women in Technology, diversity and inclusion, and STEM initiatives.

Lynnette is the Global Skills and Enablement leader for Data and AI Expert Labs. She is responsible for skills growth and transformation for a 1200+ person diverse, global team with a focus on Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industry Architecture, Cloud Pak for Data, and systems transformation. Lynnette has 25+ years of experience leading both Consulting and Learning & Development teams for PwC Consulting and IBM. Her strengths include designing, executing, and managing large and complex initiatives. For the past six years she has led internal skills transformation programs, including a recent data-driven upskilling program to drive expertise and certification at all levels of IBM.
