@Prakesh (sorry cannot find you in tags) makes some good points on the challenge of ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and guidance especially on third-party risk management (moving target of new regs and rewrites) and its criticality as there really is no transferring of risk across the digital value chain for FIs. Worthwhile to highlight more on telemetry and ongoing monitoring mechanisms to assess the cybersecurity practices of third parties and how that is or can be integrated to IRP and AU for the digital supply chain as these are critical for FFIEC CAT and constantly come up in the examinations we have all enjoyed.
