Getting Started

Welcome to the IBM Financial Services Cloud Council and Forum, a collaborative space where like-minded people come together to materially reduce the risk of cloud consumption across the financial services industry.


We invite you to share your voice and take full advantage of the resources and expertise offered in this community.

Step 1

  • Join the  TechXchange Community: If you haven't already done so, join IBM TechXchange Community by clicking the  "Join/Login" button on the left side of the page. After signing up with your IBM ID (you'll have the opportunity to create one if necessary), navigate back to the IBM Financial Services Cloud Forum homepage.

Step 2

  • Join Topic Groups in your areas of interest: Join the IBM Financial Services Cloud Forum topic group by clicking the blue 'Join Group' button at the top right of this topic group to find the conversations and resources you’re seeking.


Step 3

  • Complete Your Profile: Use your IBM TechXchange Community profile to its full potential in order to build a more vibrant network! Add a profile photo, share your company name and more.


Step 4

  • Contribute your Knowledge and Insights
  • Start a Discussion: Share best practices with fellow practitioners, industry leaders and product users, or ask the IBM experts for help or advice. Please be aware that your first post will need to be approved by an admin, but future posts will not require moderation.
  • Write a Blog: Craft a story about your experiences, share a lesson you've learned with industry peers. We're always looking to share our members' insights and knowledge! Reach out to support@communitysite.ibm.com for more details.

  • Grow your Expertise and Eminence
  • Earn Points and Badges: Learn how to get rewarded for engaging in the Community and performing actions that create value for your peers.
  • Find a Peer: Browse the Community directory and start collaborating with peers and industry experts.
