This is the first time I am seeing Malcolm on video. Though I have read some of his books.  I think , while fears of job displacement exist, the real opportunity lies in harnessing AI to augment human capabilities and drive unparalleled productivity growth particularly working as Virtual assistants and for real time data analysis.
