There is an extreme shortage of cybersecurity workers globally, especially among women. In this virtual event, you will discover the variety of roles that make up a security team, learn about personal journeys to cybersecurity positions, and evaluate your skills.

Cybersecurity Tech – Learn about the skills needed for technical roles within cybersecurity from an IBM master inventor, IBM researcher and find out how you could become part of a Security Operations Center (SOC). Other topics discussed are artificial intelligence and becoming a developer of security products.

Threat Intelligence – Have you been hearing about the change in landscape due to Covid-19? Learn about social engineering, incident response and how you might get into a digital forensics role.

Risk and Compliance – Cyber resilience, cloud security and compliance regulations are just some of the topics you will hear about in this breakout session. You will also hear about one woman’s personal journey to the field of cybersecurity.
