Grace Sun is an experienced developer and team lead in the Workflow portion of the Cloudpack for Business Automation. Grace's primary responsibility is leading the Workflow business user experience development team.

Rita Chiu

With over 20 years at IBM, Rita Chiu has built a strong background in developing and enhancing web applications and eCommerce solutions. While working on IBM Marketplace and Red Hat Marketplace, she focused on optimizing the eCommerce checkout flow and improving account registration and management processes. More recently, she transitioned to IBM Business Automation Workflow, where she led the development of the Generative AI activity feature, integrating AI to enhance automation capabilities. With extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, Rita is passionate about applying technology to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
