Angelika Steinacker || CTO Identity & Access Management

Angelika has extensive experience in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management. She has been working in the security industry for over 30 years and with a focus on IAM for 20 years. In her career, she has held a variety of roles in Security and IAM, including executive consulting and leading global IAM teams. In her current role as CTO for IAM in IBM Security Services EMEA, she works on strategic topics like Identity and Access Governance for Multi-Cloud and as a trusted advisor for clients. Angelika is a frequent speaker and author, sharing her expertise and experience on Security and IAM, a member of Security organizations like ISACA, IBM’s Women in Security Excelling (WISE), and a member of the global “Women in Identity” organization and the WiD Ambassador for DACH. She earned a diploma in Mathematics with a minor in Physics and she holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics with a topic in Cryptography (Anonymous Communication in Computer Networks) from J. Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany.
