Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) isn’t a new concept, but effectively applying total IT spend to the business requires more than a simple integration like FinOPS. IT spend for distributed compute architectures can often be an easy asset tag to applications and business unit association. However, when IT systems are shared, how do you apply the costs to the business?

Transparency is key to making the true costs visible, but it may require new partnerships and integrated thinking. For those of us in the mainframe ecosystem, we understand that the z/OS architecture is designed around shared consumption. If your business leverages this architecture, there are meaningful steps that can yield cost transparency to the business.

This webinar will unpack some recent developments, share some best practices and, and provide some insights to best integrate mainframe telemetry with your distributed and cloud metrics.   The result:  a more complete cost transparency of your full IT stack to the business.
