Abrar Khan is a member of the FileNet Content Manager development team in San Jose, California. He has 17+ years’ experience with FileNet Content Manager development. He is the Lab Advocate for select FileNet customers. He has also worked with several other FileNet customers as a member of the FileNet Enablement Team, helping them get their IBM Case Manager deployments into Production. His current focus is on the development and adoption of IBM Content Assistant, the Gen AI SaaS offering for FileNet customers.
Juan Yanes
Juan Yanes is a Product Manager at IBM focused on FileNet Content Manager and IBM Content Assistant. He played a key role in shaping IBM Content Assistant, introducing AI-powered capabilities that make interacting with enterprise content more natural and efficient. Juan bridges product, design, and engineering teams to bring modern, user-centered solutions to market, supporting customers in their digital transformation journeys.
