Christina Shim, Global Head of Product Management & Strategy at IBM Sustainability Software, sat down with the New York Stock Exchange during Climate Week to talk about IBM’s Envizi platform, which helps customers capture, manage, analyze and report ESG data. 

Christina talked about how AI is embedded in Envizi supporting GHG emissions calculations .  She also tells us about the announcement of further AI embedding in Envizi, with natural language processing providing categorization of spend data, so companies can get a sense for their scope three emissions which is one of the biggest challenges that organizations and businesses have today.
