  • 1.  zSecure Visual client 2.4 problem

    Hi

    i have installed zSecure Visual server on zos correctly. then i have setup zSecure Visual client 2.4 on windows 10 with complete option and did not change the installation path(C:\Program Files (X86)\IBM\Security zSecure Visual\2.4.0)

    i have lunched the client and add my configuration

    test connection is ok

    the initial password and client id is ok

    then save i got this error

    ERROR: Unable to copy appmsg file for server tech

    Creating database files for server tech

    Unable to remove all intermediate .asc files for server tech

    Writing properties of server tech

    ERROR: Unable to copy appmsg file for server tech

    Creating database files for server tech

    Unable to remove all intermediate .asc files for server tech

    Writing properties of server tech

    ERROR: Unable to start agent to request a certificate for server tech

    Configuration finished, there were errors

    0 servers available, 1 server requires additional information

    any help?
