    Each month we try to hold a career conversation - with topics to help you grow in your career or understand different careers and experiences that have helped other mainframers grow.  (Replays of all prior sessions are available in the group).  

    This month we have a special Know before you go to IBM TechXchange, and in October, Phil Allison will be talking about Building Bridges to a career as a mainframe Architect.  As we continue to plan out sessions going forward, I wanted to hear from you on any topics you'd like to see covered and / or anything you'd like to cover as our guest speaker.
