please have a look at the IS Built-In-Services Reference.
There is a chapter about the WmXSLT package.

You can directly create a XSLT-service in Designer (Service Development), which has the XSLT inside the service.
Alternatively, you can write a xslt file which can be applied to the document by using a built-in-service from the WmXSLT package.
