XML adapter 4.1.1 missing in Adapter Config

    Hi, I am using XML adapter 4.1.1 running under a Win2K server. I encountered a problem which was the 2 XML adapter instances that i have created previously disappeared from the Adapter Config GUI. And when i restarted the Adapter service, the 2 XML adapter instances reappeared when i re-launched the Adapter Config.
    Have anyone encounter similar problem before? How to solve it?
