    After Installing, I just went through the link, finally here which talks about how to install additional nodes after all configuration and setup.

    At this point, while explaining about network installation of images, it is mentioned that

    • Any logical partitions that will be used have already been created using the HMC interfaces.

    The Scenario is:

    I cannot create further LPAR, for new nodes as the server disk is full.

    There is an option of WPAR in AIX.

    So, is there a way to use XCAT, to provision new images in WPAR of the same AIX.

     

    Can anyone who have tried XCAT on AIX, kindly suggest me if there are any other methods !
