    Hi,

is it possible to get the execution time the
    server needs for a X-Query?

    Thanks,
    Bjoern

The APIs are being modified to allow users to be able to get a measurement of the time taken for certain operations (e.g. queries). I don’t believe that the Tamino server provides a facility for estimating how long a query will take. I don’t see how this could be sensibly estimated in any case.

    Hi Mark,

thanks for your reply. What does “the APIs are being modified” mean - when is it available?

I am not looking for an estimated time a query will take. I only want to execute a query and measure the time the calculation took. Sorry for the confusion - my fault.

ActiveX + Tamino API for .NET in the Community Downloads - see Measuring Operation Duration.

Tamino API for Java - not yet available.
