    Hello Experts,

    I am unable to poll IOCs within the collection (Wcry2 Ransomeware) I follow from IBM X-force service, When I do a poll now it returned 0 observables.

    Kindly assist.

    Hello @benlinux,

    ​Depending the collection you try to get and the dates of the IoC inserted you have to change the "Poll Initiatial Date' to a longer period (example : 3 month).

    Based on your screenshots, in the range of the period you indicate there was no entry (you can check directly on the collection x-force web site to confirm this).
