Wtx Map Service is remain disabled after trying to enable it

    I have install WTX on SI. upload map in SI create a BP to call map using "WTX Map Serivce" when run the process it fails WTX Map Service not found. went to SI dashboard deployment services configuration WTX Map Service found no check on enable when try to enable it it do nothing just refresh page and remain disable. when try to edit service and checked on "Enable Service for Business Processes" it is giving below message

    WTX Map Service

    The system update completed successfully.
    Could not start service/adapter
