There are few red books available on IBM site, in Youtube you may find few introductory Videos about WTX.

More over check out the following site 4shared.com, you will get few ppt and some ebooks. I hope this will help you in learning WTX. Beside this I will recommend if you are learning TX for enhancing carrier skills than must catch up WMB with it. IBM road map is WMB+WTX. WTX alone I dont think will help you more in future.
