We recently setup a Windows 2012 server that will be running WTX 8.4.1.2 x64 Launcher. Once configured and related systems are deployed and started they appear to work, ie they are capturing and responding to HTTP activity. I noticed that while we are responding to HTTP activity without map failures there is a high level of function failures. I then started reviewing the launcher logs and noted that in the launcher.txt file there were not startup failures or warnings and it hasn't logged any map failures (launcher setting is "LauncherLog=ewsc"). The launcerlog-datetime.log file did contain the following...

I had our security team confirm that the service is running as an administrator and that admin has read/write/update access to the related path and file.
Any thoughts?
