We have created a map which will produce output and writes into a VSAM KSDS file. As we are dealing with large volumes, WTX map is taking lot of time to write the data into a KSDS file. We have got strobe reports for the JOB and we could see there is a lot of wait time on KSDS. So we could also see WTX is fast enough to process the 1.5 GB file but KSDS is not fast to access. Could somebody tell us how to improve performance of KSDS dataset( for both write and read) while accessing it from WTX.
