this is failrly a straight change. Use the DDL to create a TYPETREE that validates for your Copybook ( this will be for input card) and take the XSD to autogenerate the TYPETREE on the output card. Then based on the business logic, you will need to MAP the fields in the WTX map. I am attaching an example ( xml to copybook) that will help you to get an idea
