Return code 12 means one of the inputs to your map found no source for the adapter (e.g file not found). Turn on the map audit log and see which card and adapter it relates and if the answer isn't obvious then switch on adapter trace for that card.

The return codes are in the Infocentre as the last section in the Map Designer chapter

Is it the first iteration of the map that fails?
I've not used dtxpage myself, will it switch off any delete on success card settings automatically?
