I am planning an upgrade and was thinking of upgrading to 8.1.0.2 but this new version 8.1.0.3 is a full install -- i.e., if you already have the other earlier versions, you would need to uninstall everything and reinstall this full version.

Anyway, I have not gotten a copy of the presentation recently given at my job, which did go over the updates to 8.1.0.2, but I believe most had to do with the XML importer, which my shop doens't use (we don't use XML...yet), and from what I remember, they said not even to go to 8.1.0.2 because of that fact. I'll upload the presentation as soon as I can get it. I have a request in to a couple people that may have it.

It say under the release notes for 8.1.0.2 to check the "what's new" section to see what's new in the release, but there is no "what's new".

Same isht, different release.
