    Multiple concurrent calls to the Batch adapter can cause some strange behaviour. Do you have the latest service pack?

    One workaround that has proved quite effective, is a sleep command (of 1 second) at the end of the batch file in question. As long as the transaction time of the map is not adversely affected, this can resolve most BATCH adapter issues.
