I created WSP uses a remote WSDL file which contains multiple port at the service level. I see multiple Local Endpoint Handler after WSP fetch the WSDL file and don't require these handlers. I tried to remove from WS-Proxy Endpoint Rewrite (Objects-->Webservices-->WS-Proxy Endpoint Rewrite) but still the endpoint handler remains in the WSP main screen. I cannot ask back-end developer to change WSDL, because it's consumed across multiple teams.Please let me know how to delete Local Endpoint Handler which are not required.

You cannot.

You can make a copy of remote WSDL and related files, and edit them locally. But then it will be difficult to not to llose sync.

Unused handlers don't do harm.
