    After successfully publishing the task to MWS, please guide me where i can see the WSDL file created in Task published in MWS?

    Your question is not clear.
    Do you want to see the WSDL to invoke the task via webService?
    If yes then the task wsdls are located at

    .NET – > http://server:port/services/bizPolicy/taskDotNet?wsdl
    Other —> http://server:port/services/bizPolicy/task?wsdl
