    Hello,

    We know that we can use IBM Blueworks Live to create BPMN file and embeded IBM RPA Script into tasks then generate a complete IBM RPA script file from it ,but how about The Workflow file that come with IBM RPA ? what is the idea behind it and how to use it ?

    Hi Ahmed, 

    That's a good question!  The RPA Studio allows you to create BPMN diagrams which can be useful for designing complex bots if you don't have BlueWorksLive.  However, you can go one step further by associating WAL subroutines to each task in the BPMN diagram.  The BPMN diagram is 'run' by associating it to a process.  See doc link below:

    Hi NIGEL CROWTHER,

    I am new to WDG and trying to develop BOT based on BPMN however I found this solution in the form. I am trying to download a sample file from the location you have mentioned but unable to get it from there. All the time, it is failing. can you share the file if you have so that I can take that one as a reference for my BOT work?

    I still do not understand the point of associating WAL subroutines to each task in the BPMN diagram? Since I am not able to see that option in WDD Process studio. how can it be done? Do we need to use WebClient? Could you please share your insights?

    You can add your workflow in the WebClient:  Click on the workflows icon, then go to the workflow tab and add.  See below:
