I need the person in the Analyst Name field or people who are members of the SEPA Administrator group to be able to execute the action, but it is not working. I have already restarted the in-progress workflows and made sure that the version that is in progress matches the workflow's latest version.
The user who is helping me to test is in the group and he is not able to see the Actions button.
I added myself to the group and I can see it. If I remove myself, the button is gone. It seems to work for me, but not for the other user.
I am a Super Administrator in OpenPages, but the other user is not.
I gave Super Administrator access to the user and now he can see the Action button just like me. If I remove my super admin access, I cannot see the Actions button.
Am I missing something here? Any idea why it is not working?

Hello Guillermo 

The people able to see the action button will most likely be based on:

1-  Who is assigned to the task and the stage configuration

2- the condition defined on each action

I m assuming here you should check the stage assignees and attributes 

This was very helpful. I had an incorrect assignees configuration, which was the issue.
