MS Word document templates are have started generating documents that can not be opened in word due to a DTD error?

After the document is generated from the platform using the print command and selecting the appropriate MS Word template a document is generated but the following error message appears:

When asked if the document is trusted and if we wish to open it and selecting yes, the following message appears:

Does anybody has a solution to this issue? The affected document templates had been working fine until a couple of days ago?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

We had a similar situation. Although we never saw the second error message, the Word documents always opened fine. So your situation may be different.

There is a resolution in a patch release of AgileApps.

This error does not occur if you use older versions of Microsoft Word to edit the templates. We had upgraded to “version” 365 of Word, and that is when the problem started occurring.

Our work around was to edit the documents with Word 2016 or Word 2013.
