whenever i want to open TN console ,am unable to open that .
wm.tn.doc:recognize

For that I have to reload wmTN pkg everytime.

i wanna know y am getting this error and everytime reloading wmTN pkg is not advisable ,rt? recently we changd driver to oci.

so is ther any need of patches or some other !!

What is your IS/TN server version and TN Datbase its on Oracle?

Preferably go with IS default DataDirect driver/classes that comes outofbox.

sorry for the delay…

IS and TN versions are 6.5 and when we r going to restart server we have to reload WMTN pkg.
we put DataDirect driver as specified in pdfs.
