WmRoot package not displayed in Developer

  • 1.  WmRoot package not displayed in Developer

    Posted Thu September 21, 2006 01:51 AM

    I am running IS 6.1 SP2 on Windows 2003. I do not see WmRoot package in developer tool. I would need to use listener service listed in it.

    By default WmRoot is always enabled and could not disable this package. So, it should be visible in Developer. Am I correct?

    Any idea – how could I see this package?

    Thanks,
    Siva

    By default the WmRoot package is not made visible in Developer so not to encourage developers from using internal services.
    There is however an extended setting you can use to turn the WmRoot package visibility on. The setting is:
    watt.server.ns.hideWmRoot=false

    Hope it helps,

    Rolo, Thanks for your suggestion. It worked and as advised, I need to work on this service diligently.

    Thanks,
