Hello everyone,

we are using webMethods Integration Server
Version 9.7.0.0
Updates IS_9.7_Core_Fix3
IS_9.7_SPM_Fix1IS
Admin > Packages > Management > Package List —> wmRoot package was loaded as Warnings.

I tried Restarting IS, it didn’t work.
Can you please let me know. what was the Issue and Resolution.

Can you have a look at the server.log and share the error messages.

Madhu – Is this a fresh installation or seeing errors after server re-start due to some reason, also share the server log files to capture more information.

It was not a fresh install, some how listeners.cnf was changed in the package with two ports, default and custom ports. so I updated .cnf and restarted. now looks good.

Going through the logs, to find out cause for the change.

HUH…OK make sense please investigate on the change if you are sure no one in your team hasn’t updated the IS patching recently.
