wm.prt.status:handleControlEvent failed

    Hi,

    We are getting lots of “[PRT.0101.9125] Service wm.prt.status:handleControlEvent failed while executing trigger.” in server log but we are enable find the root case.

    Can anybody tell me what the handleControlEvent service is used for and in which cases it can fail ?

    In advance, thanks for your help.

    IS version is 6.5
