    Posted Thu July 28, 2016 01:36 PM

    Dear Team

Built in pub services “add and put” throwing error when creates the storage table in wM8.2

    Error Description:

[SoftwareAG][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (“XXXX_OWNER”.“IS_DATASTORE”.“DATASTORE_ID”)

Is there any configuration or fixes are available for resolving this issue.

    Thanks,
    Andrews GP

    Hi Andrew,

which IS Core Fix is installed to your server?

Additionally you might want to check for DCC and DBS Fixes, which relate to the database configurator.

    Regards,
    Holger

    Hi Holger,

IS core fix is : IS_8.2_SP2_Core_Fix4

I don’t have any idea about how to check Data base Configurator and DBS fixes.

Can you help me to check here?

    Thanks,
    Andrews GP

I assume the table IS_DATASTORE must already exists in your External DB where your wM product is pointing to. Make sure you launch the Database Component Configuration (.bat/.sh → \SoftwareAG82\common\db\bin) and install the necessary component or product.

Can you share the inputs passed while executing the "add and put" services.
