Hi Moustafa,
I'd suggest to check the installer log (C:\IBM Windows S-TAP.ctl by default) first, to see if there is any problem in installing Windows S-TAP in your 2 DB servers.
Next, see if Windows S-TAPs are up and running, and connecting to the target collector.
Run "
tasklist /svc | findstr Guardium_Stapr.exe" to see if the service is running, and it'll show the Process ID of Windows S-TAP.
Run "
netstat -aon | findstr <PID>" to see where your Win S-TAP is connecting to.
I believe Windows S-TAP Must Gather will help you to troubleshoot the issues, but please do not attach your must gather because it may contain IP address and other PII. If it's difficult for you to troubleshoot by yourself, please open a support ticket and send Windows S-TAP Must Gather. Technical support engineer may ask for more information.
