I had a p630 running with 4x1gb sticks of ram, I bought a kit of 4x2gb sticks. I shutdown the server(running 5.3 tl9), pulled the power cable and removed the old ram and put in the new ram. Plugged the system back up and it comes up to an ok prompt, I went into the menus and powered on the system, instead of scrolling by all the 4 digit codes, it just sits there and ended up putting a 10111511 on the led. I pulled out the memory and put in the old memory, and got the same thing. I looked up the error code and it said it was the power supply, but it didn't have any fault lights. I pulled another ps from a known good server and got the same thing. I then tried it in ps slot 2, now it was saying 101115211. Am I missing something here or is the only option to replace the system board?

Oh I also tried pulling the battery on the system board out for a few and letting it sit like that, is there a jumper I need to connect to reset the system when I do this?

    Any other suggestions?

I'm guessing that this system is out of maintenance and that the kit was not an IBM part. You've done the obvious - swap back to the original memory (I assume you replaced the dimms in their original locations and that they are correctly seated)
Looks like you are going to have to try minimum config boot. You should be able to find hardware documentation for your system stating the minimum hardware required to boot. Remove all but the minimum required hardware and try to boot. If successful, add removed hardware (reboot in between) until you find the problem hardware. If the box will not boot in minimum config then I'm afraid you're looking at a support call.
You haven't mentioned that anything other than the memory and power supply has been disturbed. Have you tried reseating all componentry?

I assumed it was good because It would get to the menu but I never tried to boot it because it had no drives in it. The system I started working with was up and running. I brought it down and only replaced the ram, This is when the trouble started as it then booted to a 10111511, replaced the ram with the original ram and still got the same error. Pulled the power supply from "spare system 1" and used it to replace the current systems power supply and got the same error. Then tried both power supplies in the "spare system 1" box. Got the same errors when I would try to boot it. I also tried re-seating all the cards and drives, and ram. No luck on either system. I also tried just booting them with nothing but the processor plugged in(thanks montecarlo). They both gave me the same 10111511 error.

I scheduled in some downtime for one of our other p630's and put the power supply from it into the two systems above, both times I got the same error. I took the power supply from one them and put it in this system and it booted up just fine. It's still running with the power supply from the first system to throw the 10111511 error.

Seems to me I need to get 2 "new" system boards. Anybody have any suggestions on where is the best place to get these at a reasonable price?

Select 1... link (where "." is an x, it won't let me post three x's in a row due to disallowed content rules... go figure):
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/powersys/v3r1m5/index.jsp?topic=/ipha6_p5/x1....htm (same x problem here so replace the three dots after the /x1 with x's but leave the last dot before the htm)
Scroll to 1511 and click the PWRSPLY Failing Item link:
    http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/powersys/v3r1m5/index.jsp?topic=/iphau_p5/frupwrsply.htm
This is the interesting bit and as you have a spare system to try parts from...

"Note: If you are working on a Model 550 or OpenPower 720 and you have a reference code of 1... (Again this should be a 1 followed by three x's - no wonder everyone says IBM web sites are so bad - and it is not just the speed, or lack of it...) 1511 and/or 1521, but the system powered down or will not power up, you may have a power/processor interlock failure. Ensure the system power supply(s), processor(s), and processor filler are properly seated. If the system still will not power on, replace the following FRUs one at a time:
    a. Power supply 1 (for single-power-supply system only)
    b. Processor 2 (or processor filler)
    c. Processor 1
    d. System backplane
    e. Power supply 1
    f. Power supply 2 "
