    I have basic question on JNDI, I am new to the JNDI API. We have the requirement of the Authenticate the user credentails enterd by user on the on the Application Login Page , which runs on to the Tomcat Application server of AIX OS. LDAP server is Microsoft AD server.
    1) Will JNDI API Will be the best solution ?
    2) Can some one provide me the sample code for the same ?

    I shpuld only get the returns interms of Tru or false from LDAP server that user is authenticated or not . Kindly help me on aboce requirements... Thanks in Advance!
