why i am unable to access Admin console

  • 1.  why i am unable to access Admin console

    Dears,

    i have an issue that was the certificate was expired then removed after that i cannot access the was admin console .

    i have some questions here so please help me on this to understanding:

    • why cannot access admin console ?
    • is expired certificate has impact on admin console to access it?
    • how can i renew the certificate if i cannot access the console ?

    I suggest you disable administrative security, then address the certificate issues, re-enable administrative security.
