I am publishing a document in my IC and it has been OK until today. It starts publishing every record in my document twice for unknown reason. I only way I could fix it is to drop the IC and redo it and then it goes back to normal. But after some time, it starts to publish twice again.

Any clues on what have I done wrong to cause the document be published twice? I am tired of redoing the same IC over and over again.
