I recently download SPSS Statistics (Version 26) onto my MacOS Catalina (Version 10.15.6) and am not able to see or open any of my data files on the platform.

How can I fix this? From my research online it appears it may be a privacy issue with Mac but I'm not sure how to update these settings to allow access to my files.
