Hello, everyone! I noticed today that all the CapEx cost that should be going to Other Cost Pools is instead being "underallocated." When I looked at my CapEx metric, I noticed that I'm missing lots of objects in CapEx that I have in OpEx. I haven't really played around with the metrics for either. These objects in OpEx were created when I installed the various CTF components. Why were they not created in CapEx? Specifically, CapEx is missing Other Cost Pools, Fixed Assets Ledger, and IT Resource Towers.

Is there something special I need to do to get these into the CapEx model?

OpEx costs modelling is quite different from CapEx cost modelling. I believe Out of the Box, Apptio gives you these objects in CapEx Model. But, it's possible to add/include new allocations in CapEx Model.

Thanks for the tip, Varghese. I'll need to create the objects and build out the CapEx model separately, I guess. It's going to be tricky, because we don't track very much information about our CapEx spend. That's going to spur a lot of conversations with various project managers, I think.
