Hello! IBM Business Partner hosts Client's environment in BP's cloud.  BP has access and manages  Client's environment. BP would like to install ILMT to review the Client' s licences usage.

BP asks: who will get the report from ILMT: IBM, BP or Client?

It is a good practice to create the snapshot every quarter and store them for two years, on client's side.
