OK, it sounds to me like the equation is
Survival = Sample(1,
3) + Load(1,4) + temperature + humidity.
What is not clear is whether Load is a within-subjects factor or not. I assume so, that you have 4 measurements of load for each sample, like this: for example:

Regardless, consider using the GLM procedure for this; do not split them up into separate groups unless you have some statistical or hypothesis-driven reason for doing so.
